The Investors in People Award is a recognised quality standard which helps organisations transform their business performance. Forever Living is proud to be awarded the standard’s highest accolade, the Investors In People Gold Award. In fact, Forever exceeded the evidence required to gain the reward to join an elite group of only 150 companies at the time to have attained this level. Forever lead the way by being the first company within the Direct Selling Association to achieve the prestigious award.
In November 2010, Forever has been awarded the honour of achieving IIP Champions status. Investors in People Champions are a prestigious group of role model organisations who promote Investors In People through a series of best practice sharing activities. Champions are a wide ranging group of companies from the private, public and third sector. They also range in size from less than ten to thousands of employees, so they can provide relevant assistance to any organisation interested in becoming recognised as an Investor in People.
The purpose of the Champions programme is:
- To recognise and reward organisations which have been outstanding in promoting the values and principles of Investors in People. They lead by example in the way they manage and develop their people.
- To share and learn - encouraging the dissemination of good practice in people management, to support continuous improvement, and raise performance.
- To champion Investors in People.
Champion’s status is only achievable by organisations that have achieved gold recognition as an Investor in People. This highlights once again that Forever are leading the way in identifying, supporting and encouraging people to develop their potential.
